My Story

Growing up, Slaten enjoyed listening to his musical influences including legendary country artist Hank Williams and bluegrass legend Earl Skruggs. His more recent influences include Steve Martin, Bela Flec, Eric Church, Brad Paisley, Jacob Bryant, Sturgill Simpson, Tyler Childers, and Cody Jinks.

Slaten is currently spending his time writing and recording new music and performing around the country supporting other artists,    playing his own headlining gigs, and he is ready to take the country music world by storm.
